Beautiful Harvest Project started as a vision in 2016 after Justin Galloway participated in a short term mission trip to the Navajo Reservation with Tab Smith Ministries. Through much prayer, some planning and numerous confirmations from God BHP began to take shape. Nizhoni’go Da’neest’a is the name Beautiful Harvest in the Navajo language (Dine Bizaad). During this time Psalm 126 was revealed which helped us establish the tone of our work. “Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalm 126: 5-6

Beautiful Harvest Project happened because of God’s calling on the Galloway family. In July 2017 they relocated from St. Simons Island, GA to Monument Valley, UT to live out Psalm 126 and bear seed for sowing and reap a beautiful harvest. This was not an easy decision but one that was necessary in order to be obedient to God’s great plans.  In August 2021 the Galloway family relocated to Townsend, GA.  The method is always that the Navajo are the face of the ministry.  Throughout the four years the Galloways stood beside or behind the indigenous congregations to allow them to lead.  Now Justin returns every eight weeks to the Reservation to maintain the relationship and continue being the support and resource for Navajo leading Navajo.

Our Mission: To develop families who have both head and heart knowledge of their worth and identity in Christ so they may become devoted believers who know, love and follow Him, thereby, impacting generations for the Kingdom.

We accomplish this through a bottom up effort of partnering with existing indigenous churches on the Navajo Reservation. We assist them in identifying the needs of their congregation/community. With our history of ministry work we support the leaders of the churches in establishing ministries or programs to target these needs. The goal is to create self sustaining Navajo led ministries that reach other Navajo for Christ.  In addition, we have a home school co-op where we assist Navajo families in providing Christian Education to the children in their own homes.
